When I announced that I was starting a consulting firm, the response surprised me. People weren't asking about consulting engagements. They were asking if I would help them build something. I had worked with more than a thousand people across more than a hundred mortgage organizations, and I understood what they needed but didn't yet have language to ask for. This is the story of how that became Elev8ic.
